Welcome to the 2026 Sunflower Walk, starting Mid June Wednesday -Saturday 4-8pm. Stroll through the path of blooming sunflowers, breathe in the warm evening air, and slow down for a while at Dark Water Ranch. Our Sunflower Walk is the perfect way to enjoy a summer evening in the country while you stock up on farm‑fresh goods.

This year, there is no admission charge for the Sunflower Walk. Come enjoy the field at your own pace. We will have a donation box available — pay something if you can, just not required.

Because we’re a small, family-run venue, advance notice also helps us prepare for the right number of guests.

A visit to the Sunflower Walk is meant to feel easy, fun, and full of little surprises. Here’s what you can enjoy while you’re here:

Walk the sunflower paths — Wander through the blooms at your own pace, take in the views, and enjoy plenty of natural photo spots along the way.
Snap photos with the goat kids — Ester, Cookie Monster, and Star will be out in the field ready for sweet, silly, sunflower‑filled pictures.
Visit the U‑Pick area — Choose your favorite sunflowers to take home. Pricing is listed in the U‑Pick section of the page.
Feed the animals — You can purchase snacks to feed the goat kids, miniature horses, and donkey. They’re always excited to meet new friends.
Laugh at the pig‑face board — Our goat kids are the ones who stick their heads through the pig‑face cutout, turning themselves into “sunflower pigs” for the camera. It’s ridiculous and adorable every single time.
Shop the farm stand — Pick up fresh produce, jellies, dog treats, goat milk soap, farm shirts, and other Dark Water Ranch favorites before you head home.

Everything is self‑paced, family‑friendly, and designed to give you a relaxed Oklahoma summer experience.

This summer, the sunflowers aren’t the only ones stealing the spotlight. Say hello to our three sunflower‑loving goat kids — Ester, Cookie Monster, and Star. These little troublemakers will be out in the field, ready for the cutest, funniest, most heart‑melting photo ops you’ll find anywhere in Oklahoma.

They’ll pose in the blooms, follow you down the paths, and occasionally try to eat the scenery. Your photos with them are completely free — the goats don’t charge for modeling. But they do appreciate kind visitors who drop a little something in their donation box to support their snack habit.

Bring your camera, wander the golden paths, and make memories you’ll want to frame. Sunflowers + baby goats = pure summer magic.
